Frequently, you will find me sharing my enthusiasm for physical activity, nutritious eating and finding a healthy work / life balance with patients. I also try to practice what I preach. On a personal note, my time is divided between family life, being a family doctor and fitting in some running!
After completing CEGEP at John Abbott College, my professional training started at McGill University’s medical school in the 5 year “pre-Med” program. I then completed my residency at Ottawa University’s excellent Family Medicine program. I am CFCP certified and licensed by the CPSO.
I truly enjoy my role as a family doctor and hope to make a significant contribution to the health of our community.
