Complete annual physicals, in the traditional sense, are no longer insured by OHIP. These have been replaced by the “Periodic Health Exam”, which includes examinations and screening tests tailored to an individual’s age, health and family history. Patients are entitled to have up to one of these appointments per year. These appointments are for preventative care measures. Contact our office if you are overdue for any screening tests or immunizations.
